Watched 3-4 episodes and it didn't click, not sure if it's the cast having no chemistry or the writing.

I liked a lot the first seasons. Good characteres and good story.

I hated the first 6 episodes. Or, perhaps disliked is the better word. Now I'm obsessed. Fantastic writing in season 2. Hilarious dialogue in those awkward yelling matches between characters

It takes a few episodes to really get into, but sit through a couple of episodes and you won't be sorry - it is HILARIOUS. Schmitt is my favorite.
