Can we get the real Gingerbread camera?

Can we get the real Gingerbread camera app? Sprint has seen fit to only let us have a hobbled version that cannot use the front facing camera, and taken out the ability to have a silent camera.

My front facing camera works. I am running the era v4.0 rom though but I am pretty sure that it has worked since I updated to stock gingerbread. Maybe hardware problems with your phones camera.

Yeah, mine works too. I read somewhere that some of the features weren't working. Just fed up in general with so many USA versions of things having nifty features and functions disabled by software limitations or not even in the hardware.

The Epic 4G not having composite video out via the headphone jack, when the other Galaxy S phones do, makes no sense.
