Lost root

Hello all, I seem to have lost root access. I'm running the ACS Syndicate rom and was trying to use Titanium backup and it says no root access. I've used Titanium before with no problems. I have Superuser in my app lists and it opens fine, and lists Titanium under granted root access. I also can still boot into clockwork recovery. Should I just run the "one click root with clockwork" again? Thanks for any input.

You could do that, or since you already have Clockwork you could use z4root.
