So, recently when using both SFR and (to a slightly less extreme) on ACE 2.0 that when I set the WiFi sleep policy via Spareparts to "Never," the phone develops a horrible lag and slow screen transitions when opening apps, especially the browser. I've had this happen on at least the Baked Snack 1.2low (with SFR), ACE 2.0 (with a default Genocide), and SFR again (Genocide kernal with some modified voltages). I can't remember seeing this come up before, so I figured I'd mention it since I was on the verge of writing off two very good ROMs because of it.

Good to know...I remember it used to be that the wifi would turn off when the screen shut off, which would cause a huge battery drain. Was unaware that this got fixed. Thanks
