phone not connecting?

so i saw the new EF02 and decided id give it a try, unfortunately when i try to connect my phone to my laptop(have also tried on 2 different desktops) it will charge but the computers dont even acknowledge its existence, ive tried booting into download, no battery, no sd card, and still nothing. ive used multiple wires, stock, blackberry, htc, etc. ive removed and re-installed the drivers, at this point im completely lost. my phone is running the bonsai 4.1.1 rooted with the bonsai masterkey, any suggestions?
