Jellybean transition effects when you open and close applications, it gives JB that snappy feel. There is a flash able file called JB animations, also google now is fully operational as well ,all you need do is flash the file Mikey6 offline.zip and it works just like the nexus 7, no lag whatsoever you can find them both on xda.
