just wondering. After flashing alpha18 do i need to wipe data etc.? Or just install euroskank? Sorry if this was asked before

Why not just be safe and wipe data before flashing any rom ever? It takes 5 minutes to get everything set up again and you highly decrease your odds of having bugs.

This is a valid point. I just use titanium back and just restore data to the apps i want, and i just backup my swype beta. So download the apps and then restore the data to them.

It will save a little bit of headache if you play games a lot.

I wasnt sure because they said flash alpha 18 first. I thought i had to flash over. Sorry im kindof new at this do i just have to wipe data? Or do i have to wipe all three?

Wipe data/cache/dalvik
Flashed alpha18.4 (sbrissen based jb)
Installed 7/17 gapps
Reboot
Reboot into recovery
Wipe data/cache/dalvik
Flash newest build
flash 7/17 gapps
Reboot

Enjoy...

(I've tried flashing straight from a lot of diffrent cwms with no success even chris41g deedadee cwm)

Thinking this is cwm related

Installed cwm5
boot recovery
Flashed chris41g deedadee cwm6
Rebooted to recovery
Wipe data/cache/dalvik
Installed alpha18
Installed op gapps
Reboot
Fix su
Reboot into recovery
Wipe data/cache/dalvik
Flash newest build
flash gapps
Reboot
Fix su

Ive updated my op with newer directions and included a odin tar file with sbrissens jb kernel inside that has a safe CWM6 recovery. Chris41gs kernels were causing to many issues.

Did you flash from chris41gs kernel? if so I added new directions and included all the tools to now get a 100% successful flash for all.
