That Idk. None of my testers have that issue.

BBstats now shows it not running and phone is now at 25% deep sleep since removing beats audio

how do we disable it at boot?
would rom tool box have that feature?

DK, not sure if you saw, but sbrissen's latest release appears to have bluetooth media working. Wanted to give you a heads up in case you wanted it for nightly 4

my nightly four has it by default. CM team merged it yesterday

hey daniel4653, try one clicking ff18 stock rooted from sfhub and restoring your phone..obtain ur gps lock on that modem (so you wont have gps issues later) and then from there go into download mode and odin el26 stock tar and do your upgrading there..flash ur cm9 rom then gapps and whatever zips except modem and let it boot...
make sure you can obtain the gps lock with the ff18 modem while using cm9 and once you do, then reflahs/upgrade your modem .. this should fix anything.. i usue the calkulin format allx2 also before i flash anything

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but when I have the phone set to vibrate only I still have noise when someone calls or texts me. using Handcent for texts also.

Get rid of handcent. Problem solved.

Just tried uninstalling handcent and rebooting, still getting ringtones when on vibrate or silent, I'll wait until Nightly 4 comes out and see if that fixes it.
