Recovery?

Hey everyone,
Just rooted my epic 4g touch after having it stock since i bought it(about a month ago), what recovery should i use for it? I know i need to preform a nandroid backup, etc., but what is the best and most updated one that works well and how do i flash it onto my phone. havent dealt with rooting since i had the sprint hero when it was brand new haha. My phone is currently: version: 2.3.6, EL29, running gingerbread el29 which i believe is stock. Get back to me asap thanks!

Run this [ROOT][NCIQ][EG30/EG31/EK02] Auto root your existing stock ROM (w/o ODIN/ROM Flash) - xda-developers

Choose Option C and install Clockwork Mod recovery. For now, it's the best custom recovery available for our phone.
