LOL... true. Not sure what else to consider though. A Black BB KEYone might work if it wouldn't be a hassle to warranty in case of failure. That's about as different as it gets.

In general, it even started way sooner than I expected. 3 days or not, it the first slash and it's a big one. Plus they still keep the 50$ 360 bundle too!

You said Essential would be dropping the price due to low sales, not a 3-day sale at Best Buy. Nice try shifting it on me though. LOL

As soon as Essential drops their price on the PH-1 permanently, and not just because they release a new model or a third-party reseller is running a temporary sale, you can gloat all you want.

FYI the white version is now available from best buy for $599. Nothing in stock locally but available to ship. Placed an order from best buy, will return the Amazon one once I receive the best buy since I'll be saving $100. Estimated delivery date is October 30th for me. I can wait since already have one currently

White without a doubt, looks more nicer IMO and hides fingerprint better. May be little grippier (not sure) but I can say I enjoy looking, using the white one than I had with the black.

One more thing, using the Pixel 2 XL currently and whenever I hold the essential it feels so much better in the hand and the hardware is so great. They hit it out of the park in terms of design.

My white won't be here until Tuesday. I might order from Best Buy as well and leave it unopened since there's no restocking fee on unopened phones. Maybe I'll buy both colors...

Edit: Done deal. Both white and black arrive on Tuesday.

I prefer black phones, the last white phone I had was the HTC One M7, but damn that's one good looking phone.
