Samsung has just revaled via a video on their Foundry's youtube channel that the mass producing of chipsets at 14nm FinFET production will be mass produced starting on Q3 2016.
This is great news, that also boosts the rumor that 2016 will be the year of 14nm without even taking in account that if Qualcomm SoC do in fact start to be produced by Sammy we will see SD 830 being 10nm!
