So I got a new S7 Edge today, installed facebook messenger, customizing the phone etc and realize I have used 450 MB already, 320MB being facebook messenger. So I test connected to Wifi, doesn't use background data.... I test outside of wifi, uses background data... but I have "Allow background Data usage" set to off for Messenger.
I have had this issue before but I did figure it out by turning background data off, problem is that this time it isn't work... it's still using background data and I only have 2.5GB a month... I don't want to use any other messaging services because I do like to use things like GIF etc...
Any idea why it will keep doing this even though I am telling it not to?
