I have to disagree. If a drug "...affects the processes of the mind or body." Then it is in fact a drug. Just because the FDA says its not does not make it so. Sugar affects behavior and health and it is also addictive. If that is not a drug then what is?

False to jennifiers... When the shark sirens went off we went in as they were meant to be little and half the people in the group were of duty life guards? on duty ones. Other times had a confirmed pack behind us and we only found out once we got out. We were wondering why the jet skiis were going nuts behind us.
