I have 6 lines on our account and have a couple elite plans which are $50/line. I noticed the military discount is only $10 instead of $12.50. What they are doing is taking the 25% off the plan($50) minus the $10 paperless billing and autopay, 25% of $40 instead of $50. I swear at some point I saw the discount of $12.50 in my account but cannot find any history of it. The phone calls to AT&T / ATT only result in explanations that everything is working correctly. I think this is pretty sneaky and deceptive of AT&T / ATT especially since everyone gets the $10 paperless and autopay discount. In my case I thought I'd be saving $15 more per month.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I suppose if you turned off the $10 paperless autopay discount and increased your bill to $50/line you'd get the $12.50 discount instead.
