I just switched from at&t to sprint and bought a galaxy s5 with the easy pay option. The phone isnt for me and id like exchange it for an iphone. The issue is that I bought the phone at an authorized reseller and they cant assure me they will have the iPhone in stock before my 14 day window is up.
So the question is how can I return the phone to the original store and get the phone I want at a another store without losing my phone number?
Do I have to reactivate my old at&t phone first? If so are they going to charge me an activation fee?
