I remember seeing several threads on here discussing how you can use assumption of liability to get someone else's unlimited data line they no longer need. I don't have that, but I do have a $60/mo 20 GB plan on an air card that I'm likely to no longer need. It's not under contract anymore and I figure it'd be worth handing over (or maybe selling) to someone else since an equivalent plan would run you more than double on a More Everything plan. I'm just not sure how doing AoL transfers work to do that.

You could probably try to call the AOL line at (888) 832-4540. They would know for sure. Otherwise for a normal AOL you can authorize the number that can leave. Then tell Verizon the name of the person who is going to take the line. Then you are all done. The other party calls and then should pass a credit check ( at least for phones) then the will own the lines.
