If I purchase a phone via AT&T Next, is there a period where I can return it, no questions asked? I would like to test a phone in the real world and then decide if I want to keep it.

I think you have like 14 days to return it without any cancelation/termination fees. Might have to pay a restocking and/or activation fee though..

With Verizon you have 14 days and there is a $35 restocking fee. Just be sure not to lose any of the things that came with it such as the box or that will jump to $75. I think it is the same with AT&T.
