Trade in plans for HTC One M9?

Has anyone heard if ATT will offer any special trade in plans for those wanting to upgrade to the M9? I'd like to trade in my M7 for credit if I purchase a M9, and currently their recycle program shows I would only get $32. When I got my M7 two years ago, ATT gave me $100 credit for my trade in EVO 3D which was more reasonable. I'd prefer to go through ATT rather than a 3rd party like Swappa. thanks.

If I'm not wrong, AT&T was running a promo two years ago for $100 on any trade in if it wasn't damaged. I haven't seen anything saying that it'll come back.

Personally, I always keep my previous phone when I upgrade, so that I have a backup in case of emergency.
