Sprint Note 3 Flashed to Boost Mobile Native Voicemail Notifications??

I have flashed my Sprint Note 3 to Boost Mobile and can't get native voicemail notifications to work. I know there is a way to get it to work because the guy at a local shop wants to charge me $75 bucks to do it. I'm currently running stock/rooted 4.3 rom (N900PVPUBMJ4) baseband. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

There are ways to flash it; however, I would not recommend it as you could end up bricking the device. I'd suggest selling it and purchasing a device that works on the network.
