I'm currently on a re-seller of T-Mobile, the phone selection is very not-so-good, but they do have low prices, which is good. But what I wanna know is, that if I can buy directly buy a phone from T-Mobile. I'm a shy person and don't have the audacity to try and see if I can get to buy a phone, without being a subscriber.

I don't think they will sell you it in store without being a subscriber. You could try buying full price from the manufacturer.

From what I have been told, no. They don't sell the phones outright without a wireless plan. You can find T-Mobile friendly phones on Amazon and B&H Photo as well as unlocked phones. Just double check the radios to make sure they are compatible with all the bands Tmo uses.
