    First let me start by saying I searched for an answer to my question in the forums to no avail. Second yes I entered the apn settings for MetroPCS. Yet my phone still is not working. I've been to three stores and they're all saying that it won't work. Yet it's unlocked and I've been able to get it to work with my brother's T-Mobile sim card and have read that others have been able to get it to work. Can someone help me PLEASE!!

    Did you restart the phone after inserting the SIM card (or, better yet, power the phone off, insert SIM card, boot phone)?

    Okay, so what exactly does it do?

    Do you get any error messages?

    Do see any cellular bars at all? An empty triangle?

    If you drag down the notification bar, and then drag again to see the quick settings menu, does it show anything at all in the network tile?

    No cellular bars at all. Emergency calls only. So frustrating!!
