I don't use data mostly except for at home, I don't want to use the Project Fi at home where I have Time Warner Internet/WiFi.

Suppose I pay for 1GB of data for $10.00 and suppose that I don't use any Project Fi data, will there be 1GB of Project Fi available to me the next month?

You pay $30 for the base plan every month - $20 for unlimited voice/text and $10 for the 1 GB of data (plus taxes). At the end of the billing cycle, you get a credit back for any unused data. If you NEVER use data, you will always get a $10 credit and your bill will be $20 plus taxes.

To be clear about this, there is no "rollover", nor are there overage charges. Project Fi takes your actual data usage. If you are on a "1GB Plan" and you don't use any data, they add a $10 credit for the unused data to your next bill -- as was stated. If for some reason you used 2 GB or data, they charge you an additional $10 on your next bill for the extra data you used. This is charged to the MB, so if you used 447 MB of data, your credit on the next bill would be $5.53.
