Note 7 fail, gif maker features removed

Why would AT&T remove the Note 7 gif maker features?! It was one of the new features talked about! Terrible move AT&T.

Are you sure they removed it? It should be under 'Smart Select', not under its own section... I can't say for sure since I'm using a T-Mobile version but I can't see why they'd remove something like that.
