T-Mobile employees share horror stories of lies and bill cramming in ‘wild outlaw’ stores – BGR

Management doesn’t just turn a blind eye, but uses a “Right Fit” guide to ensure salespeople are pushing extras like insurance onto as many customers as possible.

This piece cites the Change to Win action against TMO. While I saw a lot of ad hominem attacks against the labor group (right or wrong, you pick a side,) I didn't see a lot of rebuttal against the allegations that were being levied. Now BGR is confirming claims independently.

Yep -- saw a similar story. Sounds about right from what I have experienced. The reps in my store have told me they "have to add Jump" -- I just go home and remove it. Or well I should say I used to. I won't buy from a store anymore since you get a $20 "fee" when buying via the store.
