Ok i just got through talking with one of your agents online. I think his name was charlie. Well for one your agent is stupid. And for two why in the heck dont yall supoort mobile hotspot for phones anymore? If you ask me i think that is the stupidest thing you could do. Cause see yall are a good phone carrier but when it comes to yalls hotspot it sucks. You have to pay 80 dollars for 7GB and that is not enough for some people. Trust me i know. I have your hotspot but i will not buy any more credits for it. IT IS TO DAMN EXPENSIVE. And just to let yall know yall would probably get more customers if yall had hotspot on the phones and also MAKE IT TO WHERE WE CAN ADD MORE DATA WHEN WE RUN OUT OF HIGH SPEED DATA. I mean really it aint yalls money that going to be paying for it, RIGHT? And the last i knew the CUSTOMER (me) is always right. And i am going to be copying and pasteing this on other sites so yall will realize i aint the only damn one that feels this way.

As i was saying some other people might put it more nicely but im not them. So either yall can change some crap or i will be finding another phone carrier. Just remember like i said before THE CUSTOMER (ME) IS ALWAYS RIGHT. IF YOU MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY THEN IT MAKES EVERYONE HAPPY. BUT I CAN TELL YOU THIS IF THIS CUSTOMER AINT HAPPY....... MMMMMM...... AINT NOBOBY HAPPY........ ALLS I ASK IS YALL PUT THE DAMN HOTSPOT BACK ON THE PHONES AND YOU MAKE IT TO WHERE WE CAN ADD MORE DATA IF WE NEED TO...... ALL THE OTHER CARRIERS DO...... I WONDER HOW IT WOULD LOOK TO SWITCH FROM YALL TO THEM AND THEY DONT HAVE AS GOOD OF SERVICE AS YALL...... DAMN YALL MUST BE DOING SOMETHING WRONG...... THANK YOU...
