Hey all, so I've been having issues with the speakers in my Note 10 Plus 5G.

I called Verizon and they are sending me another device.

The guy I spoke with said that because the device is so new, they may just pull a new one off the shelf and send that instead of a Refurb or recertified device.

Is there a way to tell which one you get?

    Thanks for the help!

Most of the time, you'll get a certified refurbed phone. Who knows, you might luck out! I got a Note 9 last year, replacement, was NIB. I was kind of surprised, astonished so to speak. If you get one of the shipping boxes, that only has your phone in a cardboard, with plastic sleeve, that's their certified phones. Good luck and hope whatever phone you get, runs right with a top notch battery.
