Hello, a few days ago my aunt called me, because she was unable to get her phone to work. Turns out she managed to get into the recovery menu while attempting to turn the phone on and hit factory reset from there. I do have access to her login details for the account that was used with the phone, and the phone in question does appear to be linked to this account. I have waited 72 hours since she reset the phone, but haven't been able to log into it. I also do not see the option to remove the phone in the security tab in her Google account. How screwed is the phone?

The phone is a Gigaset GS370, and finding a legit stock firmware for it is unlikely, although if anyone has any ideas, it's appreciated.

Unfortunately, we don't allow discussions on how to bypass a security measure. Did your aunt recently change her Google account? Did the phone ever belong to anyone else before her (i.e., was it a used phone or a hand-me-down)?
