Bixby problem

I guess Bixby did an update recently because when it activates it looks different. My problem is mainly when I'm watching a video or sometimes the tv activates the voice wake up. I know I had this problem before a while back but can't remember how to fix it so it only activates when I push the button or actually say hi Bixby. I don't want to turn off the option to activate it while a video is playing because I want to be able to activate it whenever I want to by voice.

Any help on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.
