White bars on honor 10 phone app

Hello,

After the next big software update my phone app (where u dial numbers and see contacts) is being weird. The dial pad is a full white bar and at the top too. It looks like it has lost his texture or something because i can still blindly dial numbers, which is pretty annoying. Does someone now how i can get rid of it. I've reset my phone several times, and it has now been like that for a couple of months. my phone is a honor 10.

When you say you reset the phone, do you mean a factory reset, or a simple reboot?
