Why is the Google App pulling 10Gb of storage?

Last night while the system was updating the latest beta for Android 12 on my Pixel 3XL, I noticed I was out of storage, and that the Google app said it contained almost 10Gb of user data. This is not the cache, nor is it search storage.

Any ideas what it is, and how I free it up? 10Gb for the Google app on top of 17Gb for the system make short work of my total.
