Not sure if it'd possible but since Android is modified and has different features on every manufacturer can I ask what kind of phone/tablet you are trying to do this on?

You do realize if you disable the microphone you can't make phone calls right?

Welcome to the forums. I'm not sure if this option is available in Android 9 or only in 10+. Enable Developer Options tapping 7-10 the Build number in About phone and after this search for "Tiles" in the settings. If you get this option you can create a quick settings tile to switch the sensors off and on.

Tell us how it goes.Screenshot_20210916-170253.jpgScreenshot_20210916-170325.jpgScreenshot_20210916-170658.jpg
