How can I disable a call status popup that appears after every call?

Every time my dad has completed a call, a popup screen shows up showing how long the call lasted and displaying an ad. How can this be disabled?

I have now posted a screenshot.

The phone is a Samsung, and I believe it is an S-10, but I'll have to check with him.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? That could be due to some 3rd party app he installed, but some phones on some carriers also come with adware preinstalled -- Alcatel comes to mind.

Tell him to tap that 3-dot button in the screenshot and see if it gives any additional information about what app might be responsible.

These should be the only option if you go to phone app >settings>call display while using appAttachment 339401

Hi, mustang7757. The image that I posted pops up after the call is over. If I understand you correctly, you are showing options of how to view the call status during the call.

Hi, i see after the call is ended, is this 3rd party phone app? The one in picture doesn't look stock

Welcome to the forums. That definitely looks like a third party app, maybe this Voice Recorder? It has the same icon.
