So partner is accusing me of hacking her phone with monitoring and surveillance claiming I'm watching her through her camera and keeping tabs on her...(I know).

I'm looking for someone with good knowledge that can confirm what the screen shots are and what they mean.

Really appreciate your help as she's threatened me with the police claiming I'm stalking her.

I'm looking at your screenshots there is nothing unusual about any of them.. if she really thinks you spying maybe this partner is not the right person for you just my opinion.. and no you're not spying on her I can even tell her that if she wants to come on the forum..

All of that is benign and regular system apps/functions. It would be best if she could join the forum and ask is directly, and give specific examples of why she thinks she's been hacked (by you or anyone else). Better yet, there are a lot of similar threads you can search for on here that you can show her. In most cases (at least the ones where the OP responds worth more info beyond "I've been hacked!"), it's simply misunderstanding how something on Android works. People have become the equivalent of a hypochondriac these days when it comes to seeing something they don't understand on their devices.

Perhaps it'd be better for her to switch to a flip-phone, since she clearly doesn't understand how Android works, but insists on deep-diving into the system. Hopefully she doesn't start tinkering with her PC's system -- she'd spend ages going through all the DLL files in Windows.

My thoughts - you need to discuss your relationship and trust issues not phone issues. Mistrust kills. Ok, that said only because I could not tell by anybody's screenshots if this was happening or not so leaving that to the experts!

Everything on your screenshots seems to be rudimentary. If the police are contacted and are shown these screenshots, they'll know nothing is afoot.

Bah, just delete System32 on Windows and be done with it... (seriously...don't do that. That is a crucial file for the OS).

To the OP:
I suppose some of the apps could be considered spying (by Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc..), but it's a Catch-22. Take away Maps ability to track location and boom...no more turn by turn navigation, live traffic updates (if this was across all Android devices), etc.

This might be a good counterpoint to anything anyone might be doing surreptitiously... If one doesn't have access to the phone in question, it becomes incredibly difficult to forcibly install an app to the device, (a certain feature to install files needs to be enabled in settings), And I'm pretty sure the phone needs to be unlocked to push files to the phone (tried on my phone and I couldn't see the System notification for USB. This might be my own security settings though).

However, assuming that someone did install some kind of tracking app, one would think the next step would be to hide the app so that it couldn't be seen among the system apps... so that it CAN'T be found.

Sometimes I do wish Google would hide the system apps by default, while still allowing you to view them by doing something very specific (like enabling developer mode and even then more than one thing in Dev tools and general settings, etc. The more steps in my opinion the better).
