So I just upgraded to a Galaxy Nexus. I am selling my HTC Droid Incredible on eBay. It just sold. I've done a factory reset/wipe of the internal storage and the phone itself. I still have it rooted.
I am trying to remove the phone number (my number) from Settings --> About Phone --> Phone Identity --> Phone number
I called Verizon and confirmed the phone has been deactivated, has a clean ESN, etc.
All my other data is gone, but for some reason this still shows up. Any way to remove it?
