I have had an Aplus account for 10 years, during that time I've had a Palm phone. It hosts my business website and email. Over the years I've had problems and issues and they've fixed them. But I recently got an Android phone and also have a problem with my webmail Sent folder showing erroneous duplicates instead of the actual sent mail items. I contacted Aplus and there tech support noticed that there was an issue and bumped it up to a higher level tech support.

After getting the issue bumped up to the higher level support, a few days latter I got the following response:

Man, to say Android is 3rd party software. Ohhh... a sad day indeed.

At times, one has to make a decision to change things, The web site issue is easy. Domains are registered to you, so it is easy to change from one server to another, and register it there. Peanuts. The web will never blink.

But really, if it is your business, then you need to set up your own web server, and exchange mail server. Or another type.

The mail they sent you, is BS. The fact they won't even attempt to fix the issue, tells me, that Nick M. will soon be without a job. I suppose, that whole company will soon be MIA in the near future.

3rd party.... (moscow reserves comments for a later date)
