Bricked LG Optimus V

I got an LG Optimus V from my Girlfriends grandparents for christmas. I rooted it today and everything was fine until i tried to load a custom rom through rom manager. I did a factory reset and now my phone is bricked. Upon power up i get the LG logo then a black screen. It will not let me enter boot mode or emergency mode. Am I totally screwed because my gf is pissed.

If you can't find the help here. On the main screen Their is a Section named "LG Phones" In the first part of the Section is a Sub forum for the Optimus V's. It is the same phone as the Optimus S phones so any questions can be asked their and someone who has or fixes that type of phone will be able to help you. Also helped me Root my phone.

Rom Manager is incompatible with the Optimus V and will brick the phone. Not sure about the Optimus V forum but there is plenty of info about this in the Optimus S forum. Check there.
