Lg Optimus T Froze at Lg screen plz help!!

OK i was listening to pandora left it going got a txt checked it went back to pandora and it froze.??
So i had to take out the battery and turn it back on and thats when it started freezing at the lg screen..
plz help i tryed all the hard reset and everything it just goes to the lg screen and the 4 bottom lights blink like 4 times..this does this to when i plug it in...i cant go any further then this..if u know a way plz help also if i do need to do a step that is provided do i need my sim or sd card in the phone.??THANKS
really appreciate it..oh also i can go to emergency mode if that makes it easyer:'(..someone plz take me threw these steps slowly...i am not a computer freak but i know how to manage my way around the computer if steps are given..im running windows thats all i know lol..

Are you rooted?

If you're stock and its in warranty i would just get it replaced to avoid a possible hard brick.

If youre rooted, emergency mode will help when somebody else replies.
