Send/Receive Multimedia Messages

I got the Samsung Stratosphere smartphone last week and I couldn't figure out how to send or receive any multimedia messages. I got home, googled it and found out I had to turn my data on, and turn atuo-receive off, then click download. That worked to receive them but I have NO clue how to send them! It will act like its sending but say pending, and never send? Also, if anyone has suggestions on how else to send/receive the messages!? Thanks!!

I just sent one from my wifes phone and had no issues.

All I did was hit the paperclip under the send button, found a picture to send attached it and hit send. it sent and received in under a minute.

my data and my auto receive are on (on both phones) so I am guessing that isnt it...
