I want to create a cool page to list all my favorite apps, and androidnetworkawards dot com has done a great job of creating QR codes that link directly to the item in the Android Market.

My question - how to you figure out the individual address for an item in the market?

    Example:
    market://search?q=pname:com.neevo.mobiledefense

    Thanks!

Hmmm, you could download Barcode Scanner from the market - that can scan QR codes and show you the translated URL

But I want to CREATE codes for apps I like, so that won't work if I don't have the QR code.

If there's an app on the Market already then there's already a QR code for it - get it from the app's page on AndroLib, Find all applications and games available in the Android Market for your Android Phone, HTC Dream, HTC Magic etc...
