motorola droid2 issues

I have a Motorola Droid 2 and Swear there are times I would love to chunk it across the yard......as of this past weekend the menu button no longer works and there are parts of the touchscreen that when you touch the phone goes wacko....screen flickers and acts as if it is possessed by something.....i have already lost everything on the sdcard 2x and that is bad enough....3 months ago the qwerty keyboard stopped working off to the store where they showed me how to clear the data on the keyboard.....I do a hardkill sometimes twice a day doesn't seem to help today......can somebody please offer me some help....can't afford a new phone at this time .....:'(
