HTC Android Problems

Hi to all,
I am attempting to revive a HTC Android Touch . I need the Android 1.0 driver . Where do I get it ? Also what does it mean when this device displays a Red Triangle with Exclamation Mard in its Center ? Thanks in Advance!

If you go here: HTC - Mobile Phones, Smartphones, Cell Phones, Tablets and search for Touch you will see links for the US Cellular, Sprint, Verizon and Alltel devices - the drivers will be there.
