Ok, so there is a website where I view the cameras for the ferry terminal. The cameras output regular stills as jpgs.
The each camera image on the website has an iframe with a redirect to itself every 12 seconds, just refreshing the image. This method appears to work in IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari (on my iPod Touch), and on my Pre.
I've tried Dolphin HD, xScope, Skyfire, Opera Mini, and the default browser. All of them appear to load the cached images instead of reloading them.
Is there any known way of working around this? That is, aside from clearing the cache repeatedly. I've been unsuccessful in finding any information on the issue.
