Gapps and can't add Google Account to updated ROM?

Can't add a new google account... Just updated from Harmonia 1.6c to Harmonia 1.8... Wiped everything but data and sdcard and sd-ext. Has play store, but I can't log into my account, when it asks and I press yes it brings me back to the home screen. I'm on an LG Optimus V.

Did you check to see if your google account is listed under Accounts and sync in the settings? If not, add it; if it is, re input it.
