YouMail from one phone to another?

I'm on Sprint and my voicemail currently goes to YouMail automatically. I have not yet activated my new phone which is running Ice Cream Sandwich (GalaxySIII) and would like to know a few things first before I do so.

1. Does the Android Market have YouMail?
2. Is it possible to transfer a YouMail account to a different phone?
3. Will I lose any message if it is possible?
4. If it is possible, how do I do it? Step by step?
