Ok, have searched far and wide, read lots of articles, and haven't come up with a definitive solution, so I thought I'd give one of the best resource groups a chance. Here's my situation and what I need:

I'm a teacher and would like to use my current analog TV to wirelessly display what I have on my Galaxy Nexus or Nexus 7. From what I gather, actual 'mirroring' isn't yet possible, but if I'd be able to show a Youtube video or display an app I'm using, that would be ideal. I'm using a Windows 7 laptop with Connectify to create a Wifi hotspot.

So far, I'm thinking that using a Western Digital WD TV Live box, hooked up with RCA cables to the TV, connected to the Wifi hotspot (since I don't have enough LAN connections to make it work) will be a possibility to display video/pictures that I have on my phone/tablet.

So, questions: has anyone done anything like this? Are there other solutions given my situation that might work, including different equipment?
