warranty return galaxys 3 t-mobile

I need to return my galaxy s3 back to t-mobile, wifi not working! The problem is my phone was rooted , I had it unrooted but in the status menu it still show modified , I need it to show normal!!can anyone help me please because I need to return by Friday!!!

what do you mean status menu? Do you mean the yellow triangle with "!" when the phone boots? To unroot you'll need to remove the yellow triangle (there is an app available in triangle away by Chainfire) then restore a stock factory image. I couldn't find on in the forums for the T-Mobile device on this forum but a google search yielded a few resources and how-to videos. Do some reading up before you attempt it, good luck
