Bootloop HTC Rezound

So i've looked to bottom so if i missed this question being answered somewhere, i apologize.

My phone is an HTC Rezound rooted and unlocked with twrp 2.1 gb recovery no custom rom loaded

anyway my phone turns on and i see the white htc screen for maybe 10 seconds before it restarts. I can access Hboot and fastboot usb. When I try to access recovery or reset to factory settings it goes back to the white htc screen with the loading bar in the top corner and then it sits for a few seconds before rebooting yet again back to the htc screen bootloop.

any ideas what is going on here?

If you can't boot and you can't use the recovery menu to factory reset, I'd say you are probably SOL. How old is the phone? Any chance it can be exchanged?

thats what i thought. its probably 5-6 mo old. i thought about exchanging it but since its rooted and unlocked, i figure that probably voids my warranty

I believe root is reversible. Not sure about the other though.
