Exchange Problem

I am having a very strange problem with my phone, an LG G2x, and my work email. I have had my work email synced with my phone since I got in April 2011. Since this morning, I have not been getting my emails. I checked all the settings, verified there were no typos, retyped my password, reset my password, etc. to no avail. The data is working fine on my phone. I am able to browse and use apps with no problem, my Gmail works fine. I also borrowed a coworker's phone, an LG myTouch and was able to add my work email account to her phone with no problems. On a whim, I turned my wifi on on my phone and tried syncing my work email and it worked. It as if my phone's data connection is somehow being blocked from my work email servers. Is that even possible? Does anyone have any ideas?
