estan, so it works on wifi at your office? That's the only thing I haven't done is try another wifi connection...This is friggin annoying the hell out of me...The go to answer I'm getting is that it's something on my router, well nothing has been changed and it worked up until this week. Maybe it's an issue with Youtube's mobile app and site (they don't seem very easy to contact). I can still use the desktop site through my phone on wifi and they play fine. Sprint tried to get me to reset my phone, not going through all of that.

I have been messing with my router, I wiped my phone, flashed another rom, did all kinds of things and am still stuck Everyone in my house has at least one android device and none of the youtube apps work, neither does the mobile site. We've got a Nexus 7, Galaxy Nexus, 2 Samsung Galaxy players and a rooted Nook Tablet running Android apps. I can't get anything to work and its puzzling me why it only happens in my house.

Same here. Checked wife's android phone and it's doing the same thing. If it were at least specific to an ISP it would make sense. Somehow it has to be a youtube issue.

Try using the mobile YouTube site (m.youtube.com) from your desk/laptop. What happens?

Don't know how the rtsp protocol was included. Try YouTube - Broadcast Yourself..

Youtube has stopped working on the Galaxy nexus from Oct 1st for some reason. i tried factory reset, clearing cache, changing router settings, nothing works. very annoying

This is what I was told to do.

This issue could be caused by a general connection issue. Please try the
following steps to resolve this issue:

- Change your internet/3G connection by toggling it off and then on again.
- Reboot your device.
- Sign in and out of Google Talk repeatedly to restore connection to our
servers.

So to complicate things even more, I connected to my dad's wifi (same isp) and everything works fine. WTF?

I'm glad it isn't working for other people either. It's only been in the last few days that it has stopped working with my wifi. I've tried literally everything you can to reset. I also tried it at my work on wifi and it didn't work so I know it's not my router. Something must be going on with Google's side.

What ISP are you guys using? Some ISP servers don't play nice with Google ??

I have Metrocast in NH. It's always worked fine. And it works fine on my PC. Just not on my 4 varying Android devices. It's not on my end.

I'm in NH as well. Also on metrocast. Having the same issues. Everything but YouTube seems to work on wifi.
