When I do a restore, I'm able to copy files from my PC to phone, but the time/date of file is lost. The files on phone show the current date. I've tried copying via WiFi and USB with the same result. Anyone know how to preserve the time/data info of file?

Instead of copying how about selecting "move to" and specify the new location.

Move just does a copy, then a delete.

Thanks. Yes, I agree. In another thread it's been reported that copying the file by doing an adb push preserves the date and time, but I haven't been able to duplicate their results?
